I’m not sure I trust the MMS with this today - odd pattern of offers - sells went through relentlessly then they switched the Ask all over the place. This makes me think they are placing the ASK artificially high to off load a chunk of sell orders around the 19.75./80 mark. They were happy to keep offering same high ask despite no buys going through for a good while. I hope ol’ Trev is not up to more tricks yet I wouldn’t be surprised if he is still offloading today around this level. Time will tell.

I would say a safer entry point or top up would be 16/17p today.

SHUFFO - that’s IF he’s finished selling - I would not be surprised to see him sell even more like he’s done with his other companies. He had the audacity to tweet closing prices the other day of all 3 companies he’s director of and got a huge amount of flack obviously so he wisely deleted it.

It seems to me it’s always TB first and shareholders second.

Collecting the divi but people have to wait until 6/1/2021 to make up the difference of what they sold for today - maximum 24p today possible sell - so really they’re short changed on their investment for nearly a month. Anyone care to explain what shareholders will have to wait so long?

Won’t be divied out until 6/1- why is company not paying out quicker than that? That’s a long time to wait if you paid in the late 50’s especially if you sold up to get your money the portion of 42.75p back.

Different brokers have all said slightly different things today - same as happened to TILS - different platforms also have differing settlements plus days. And lo and behold we still got the entitlements.

People buying BRH pre news of special dividend thought 35-40 was in bargain territory now all of a sudden shouts of its worthless. Ludicrous agenda driven positioning. I think the large buys today will tell you all you need to know.

Having just been through this with TILS - you will need to hold until 11th to qualify and be on the register

‘The Company intends to pay the Special Dividend on 6 January 2021 to Braveheart shareholders on the register on 11 December 2020. The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex dividend on 10 December 2020. The Special Dividend will be funded from the Company's existing cash balances.‘

So those who held yesterday and bought up until yesterday STILL need to be holding on 11th to be on the register.

The new (and additional don’t forget) machinery is installed earlier?
The partnerships and manufacturers are queuing up to produce?
The global manufacturers want to make them too under our licence providing hefty revenue to us?
The Gov order a shed loads for the NHS - MP’s question in the house to Department of Health and Social Care awaiting formal answer - it may be that the reason they couldn’t is they’re currently in talks to sign contracts??
U.K. Private contracts to supply for industry and business roll in and are bigger than anyone could’ve anticipated?
Global contracts begin to arrive - think USA private healthcare providers for starters, Asia, eg Japan, EU countries?
WHO (World Health Org)buy a shed load on behalf of poorer nations as a mass way to help stop the spread?

All of the above is very much a reality of potential for the masks - when you quote NCYT - having been in that from around beginning of year - I can say it went up and down and all around. Contract wise /revenue wise we have the ability to match it. This is one product and one arm of RMS albeit it has captured investor’s attention because any savvy investor has done the maths and it looks pretty good to us all and that’s why we have invested here. It’s also a disruptor with first mover advantage alongside our patented tech in a market which has produced the same old same old product and we’ve created a better provable entirely better one. There is also the potential of application of the ingenuous patented nano tech formulation to many other things. This is just the very beginning of the story. GC and his colleagues are an extremely clever crew. So, it’s been a few weeks - patience patience news can drop come at any time (remember news due re agriculture nano tech trials in USA and India) and investors would be wise to use the time to build a position. We haven’t even covered what news updates are due on Cloudveil and Gyometrics both providing a route to lucrative deals in these sectors imho. Last update was September so we are overdue news from BOD of RMS on those too.

So paint what picture you want but in my mind I’m staying put for all of the above and observing patience here. We trust in GC and it his his company and he is control of news that will rocket this SP to new levels not seen before.

I genuinely believe if we get even one of the above I mentioned, this will see us easily in the 10p region for starters. Add another and we can double that.

The Department of Health and Social Care has indicated that it will not be possible to answer this question within the usual time period. An answer is being prepared and will be provided as soon as it is available.

I’ll keep checking to see what answer prevails- but I’m expecting a positive one - clearly the masks have potential to save lives and better protect NHS workers so why wouldn’t they have a positive assessment and order or trial them?

Quickly pulled the old NT to sell to pull down the BID behind the screen - I think we have one MM battling the rest - one wants it down (no doubt large order filling) and I’m sure others are ready to let it go now. Bodes well for a good rally up into close.

I’m holding tight and not missing out when the game changing updates start to drop. I’m here because this is the disruptor to the market product which will change the way surgical medical grade PPE is produced forever. And with that everyone else producing PPE for surgical medical healthcare markets will have to change too and produce to same standard so that means...only way they can do that is under license and that means for P2F BILLIONS in licence fees for worldwide production!

Pharm 2 Farm Update

‘The Company is pleased to issue the following update on its wholly owned subsidiary Pharm 2Farm Limited ("P2F").



P2F is continuing to receive enquiries from prospective distributors and purchasers for its viricidal mask and now anticipates that future demand for its mask may outstrip the production line capacity of five million viricidal face masks per month.



To fulfil part of the anticipated excess demand, P2F expects to supply its patented filter material, initially, to certain partner mask manufacturers, until P2F has itself procured additional production lines.



Over the weekend P2F signed binding heads of terms with a manufacturer of surgical masks in Germany. The German manufacturer will subcontract to supply complete masks to P2F to the P2F specification and brand name, and also purchase P2F filter material for their own brand masks. Under the heads of terms the manufacturer will also develop and supply anti-viral C-Fold masks using P2F filter material to extend P2F's market reach. The heads of terms are subject to final contractual agreement between the parties.



The Company will provide further updates to the market as appropriate.‘

Any day now - there has to be progress made with all of this going on plus I imagine a whole lot more too!

Honest - what a load of tosh. TB cannot control the news flow of P2F (other than perhaps how it is written) GC is director of P2F and runs the company. He has no interest to partake in what you’re suggesting that the price would be kept low so TB can buy in cheap - that’s truly insulting to him.. I think we all saw the GC tweet when TB and PR sold up.
Now then of course there is news coming before January - at the absolute minimum would be an RNS to communicate that machinery was now installed in U.K. - that aside we are overdue on numerous projects from both RMS ‘s other companies under our umbrella along with P2F updates on US and India agriculture trial projects using the nanotechnology feed system.

Now let’s hope you switch on before Jan then or you’ll miss the SP transformation and huge news round.

Bushmaster - I’m not sure what your game is here but are you seriously challenging their patent claims. Off you pop and do one. Try clicking in to the patents already granted for their nanotechnology - their invention which has been used in the masks to create the patented virucidal layer.

I have come to the conclusion you simply don’t understand what’s going on here, what patents they have and what they cover and what the application lodged in October is for.

We are good to go to produce masks which have patent protection for their USP - end of.
