That’s really great news and I strongly suspect that GC is now wrestled the RNS reigns from TB and taking control here now. This step despite some silly posts just now is very important. The sign off for the production process shall then be a formality and an admin exercise. The machine is working properly, the masks produced will be of the quality they are meant to be produced at.

Tex - I think that’s why Alexander Vergopoulos has joined the company to grow and expand distribution network and get this out there - his expertise will go a long way and I’m sure with his other company connections re finance will sort out any perceived funding they may or may not need.

I think sales wise our initial target market has to be mass production for professional government tender supply plus obviously use for hospitals and global healthcare industry and then other industry eg food production/factories and then to public.

Indeed if you compare what we thought on after 26th Nov RNS and now in essence we are ahead of the game.

We can still produce the masks on either production line and we expect the sign off certification to be awarded first week Jan.
So we have time to install machine from 28th December which is a working day and get sign off first week Jan.
There’s 5 layer elements to the mask and nothing is going to change in that time we know how to produce them and the virus killing layer. We can produce and have produced fabric for other manufacturers too - suspect FORTOAK .
What I want to know is the orders we have - I know there will be many pre order sales contracts coming through to be sorted and I presume this is what is happening in the background hence the appoint of AV to sort/negotiate etc I reckon. Also as mentioned previously his appointment may also provide a funding route via his other vehicle Fortoak Investments or Strawberry Capital he is involved in along with Burbidge who is co-Director in quite a few companies as well as being a director of Flexotronic which worked with the original U.K. Innovate project as subcontractor to produce the mask. Small world. We also don’t know the identity of the advisor who is mentioned a few RNS ‘s ago and took payment in shares. Wise advisor I say.

So we are all over it and the RNS once again doesn’t read perfectly on first glance (did TB write it *thinking emoji *until you analyse each section and correspond it with previous info and factual info we know already and then we see the huge positive it’s in it to our advantage.

Torre because they’ve been produced on a new and different production line. Hence certification of the production process not the actual mask and it’s construction or effectiveness. You’re now adding unnecessary confusion to this board. I think you need to do your own research if you don’t understand the procedures completed and what the company is now doing.

ISO18184 test standard completed successfully leads to award by company of CE certification EN14683-2019 - we now have produced masks from two new production lines and it is the production process from these new lines will need to be certification - a simple sign off process like a quality check.

‘certification is required for the production process and so separate certification processes are required for P2F's and Volz's production. Certification is now expected to be completed in the first week of January in both cases.‘

Agree Landy the IMPORTANT standards being the ISO which we submitted months ago to test and got. The CE certification is applied to the product from this award. So the CE flows from the ISO which is the critical and necessary one which we have.

SO WE ARE NOT WAITING FOR THE MASKS TO BE CE CERTIFIED - THEY ARE.

WE AWAIT CERTIFICATION SIGN OFF FOR THE PRODUCTION PROCESS ONLY - IMHO ADMIN FORMALITY TEST.

Erm what are you posting? It’s actually giving me a headache that people can’t comprehend the relevance and workings of certification.

No we are not awaiting medicinal certification- simple sign off certification of the production process that’s all . We have passed and have the ISO certification we need via a test already completed ages ago - can you not read RNS info.

That is what we need for medical surgical use the CE is a red herring - we apply that ourselves for the masks as we have proven the standard -it’s the certification of the production process only that is outstanding. Two different things.

TICOR for the production process not the masks. We are being gold standard and setting our quality bar high here with these products. Like I said not some mass produced 3 ply with no quality checks or standards produced in scruffy Chinese factories.

We are doing things the proper way here hence the clean room process which is best quality you can hope to achieve.

TYPE IIR masks require ISO standard 18184 - TICK
CE CERTIFICATION EN14683-2019 of the mask is not required to sell them although we have produced to this standard and can apply that ourselves as we have done. TICK
Certification to the standard of EN14683- 2019 for the production process not the masks is what we await and a fairly simple process.

You don’t actually need CE mark even for Type 11R but obviously it is expected. It’s an admin exercise by a company - the test and benchmark is the ISO one which we have completed - also the certification noted in latest RNS is sign off of production process certification. We are also producing in a ‘clean room’ environment not some scruffy factory in China and hence gold standard masks.

Carr365365 - I absolutely agree with you. I would also add that as the masks are TYPE IIR surgical medical grade then they will always be required for hospitals, doctors surgeries, health walk in centres etc etc etc worldwide. The need for a surgical masks existed before anyone had heard of Covid- now these are the new generation gold standard masks that are proven to be better than what is being sold now 3 ply. It’s not just a filter mask it is a virus killing mask and I’m sure they will go on to enhance the applications eg Ebola and other deadly viruses.
We have CE certification for the mask we just need production sign off for the production process.
