and it stinks. They had the money from the first lot of RMS shares sold and yet they they went back to raid it some more whilst TB was retweeting the potential - that’s what really stinks imho. They didn’t even need the money for BRH investments as justification so even more so underlines that it’s timing was also the absolute conflict of interest of TB being on both boards - I’m not sure how that’s even allowed?

Best interests of shareholders or best interests of some of the BOD. Let’s see - history and time will tell.

I didn’t say that - I was responding to what another poster said and their opinion that it wasn’t going ahead and made an analysis then of timeline of BOD knowledge .

But if they are returning money to BRH shareholders NOW if cash is not needed for the Covid test anymore (wasn’t impetus and explanation given for sale of investment in RMS for Covid test resources) then they know NOW that the test wasn’t going ahead. That’s the logic in the timeline hence they would need to RNS this now. I didn’t say it was I was responding to your comment that it was. So IF they know and this IS the reason why they’ve given the special enhanced divided then they’d need to RNS now - if it does come after this announcement- questions will need to be asked when they made that decision is my reasoning and logical analysis!

Haha - the NHS are currently offering tenders for PPE plus...the market is not just NHS - its a huge GLOBAL market! Revenue figures to be made are almost difficult to get your head round - insane amounts! Remember old Trev was retweeting tweets for RMS virus killing masks then... immediately sold up!

Dusterhater erm they sold their investment in the masks remember! Pumped up the tweets and PR then immediately decided to sell when RMS SP would’ve formed a new base they mass dumped shares onto the market. But as an investment company, I think they underestimated the huge revenues to be made with the virus killing masks via Pharm2Farm and didn’t even wait to see what they’ll be. As an investment co why did the sell up so soon ? Now they don’t need the money generated from the sale? and now BOD giving away money to shareholders themselves included. It feels grubby. If SP plummets after 11th divi date, the BOD aren’t going to worry as they are in win win situ in at below any prices investors could hope to buy in at now. And 42.5p for each share they hold.

To mitigate risk if you’re going to buy imho - it simply doesn’t smell right to me.

Because on the 12th there’ll be mass dumping of shares on to the market and SP won’t be 50p any longer more like 5p overnight imho. So if you buy at 50p eg today then you’ll be down effectively 2.5p each share. It’s not a way grow value for shareholders just to grow BOD pockets.
