BY end of but can come at any time - it’s been over 4 weeks since they announced - I expect this sooner like any time now. CE for professional use already achieved and CE for home use will be a breeze - it’s a tick box essentially self cert route with checks done to sign off that it complies by authorised body. When this drops should push up the SP quite significantly and European market good to go. Plus once that’s achieved many countries are ‘satisfied’ with CE if they don’t have their own accreditation quality systems in place before such products can be sold so we can start pulling in global orders for home use.

PCR Testing is nonsensical to do in this situation- you need reliable, rapid, accurate sensitive on the spot POC LFT -cheaper and can detect live virus not a cold you had 21 days ago before you even left the country.

So OMEGA DIAGNOSTICS referenced in HOC on TV as MP challenges PM Boris to ask why using Innova inferior Chinese tests being used instead of supporting homegrown domestic tests and references the 2m back in March for production in May by Omega & Mologic - Boris denies this that they are overlooking and says not a true characterisation of what’s happening in DHSC - they are working night and day to build up our lateral flow capacity - so there you have it from the horses mouth - sorry MMs no more antics. 374 million coming or way!
