Agree about the tone of all the SOA RNS’s they had to serve it up that way all focus on past customers. Now it’s agreed and rubber stamped I think focus will be back on the poor old shareholders with more much more upbeat positivity and ability to tell us more about detail on future plans. LTH deserve it but I understand that the BOD had to spell it out in this way and to make it clear as well as being seen to be making it clear.

Ok let’s just get this straight the RI was calculated as that number to ensure that at the current SP when it was decided that this how much dilution would be needed in order to attain the sum to complete the funds needed for scheme. I.e. this doesn’t HAVE to be done this way IF they can do RI on less dilution as SP at the time so much higher along with the revenue generated from the New Product Range -remember we have 12 months to complete an RI BUT we must start re-lending within the nine month period post agreement of SOA decision so the clock is ticking and if NPR signed off and BOD demo all tick boxes (unlikely a problem considering they’ve worked so closely and in light of Gary’s past expertise on FCA rules etc) then revenue from lending along side existing loan book kicks in. What if we make that sum in profit those nine months then technically there’d be no need to dilute and RI. It had to be served up at 19 because that’s what would come up with the final figure - we just need that sum of cash.
The promise of the RI in the SOA is to ensure as a contingent surety that it’s workable HOWEVER it doesn’t take into account generation of company revenue from NPR obviously. Indeed there actually might be no need to do it BUT I think they still will albeit at a much lower dilution but even any RI that’s not a bad thing- raises happen all the time and this for main market and the original size of the market cap is pretty tight number currently issued anyway. The reason the SOA has this timeline is that they do indeed expect us to get back to business FIRST and start generating cash which is best for all parties inc redress customers and success of the SOA.

Any RI done will be on an SP FAR NORTH OF HERE - the BOD aren’t stupid and once it is done if indeed they don’t take another avenue then as well as lending having resumed for many months prior there’s no further obstacles in the company’s way - the New Product Range making the company substantial money so of course the SP will increase. Company funded and making money and all risk off the table then. May I remind some it wasn’t that many moons ago this was trading in POUNDS not pence. I think we will also see a rebrand too. The market sector is strong and AMGO have toed the line with the FCA and will emerge as the shiny clean new market leader imo!

And the huge revenue generated by NLP as well as the current loan book not subject to the redress is quite substantial- it’s not like we’re not making money right now. We’ve known about the possibility of the dilution for quite some time it’s not new news obviously (like some are making out and we didn’t know )and SP went higher but key to remember all businesses at some point dilute in terms of growing their business capital on the market that’s a lot of the reason why they IPO in the first place and you should not be afraid of it! There are as I’ve said other options too that they could look at like bonds by that time - a year away yet is the deadline. However suffice to say that once it’s back to business and generating the dividend style revenue this company has been doing in the past I expect the BOD will begin a share buy back to counter anyway. The current climate and appetite in the market for this type of finance is only going to grow and grow month on month as we teeter into the possibility of recession as COLC escalates.

I see this absolutely as a STRONG BUY and a growing sector - if you don’t then a) it’s not for you and you want instant gratification or b) you don’t understand the massive potential here

I expect BigLippy they’re dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s on the RNS which will see the transformative rebirth here - I personally expect imo very soon at very latest early next week setting out their new product range and plans and FCA sign off. The NPR has been prepped for some time now has it not so will have been given to FCA to peruse well in advance. I also think a bit of protocol ‘breather’ between the court decision and the NPR announcement is required ‘look wise’.
I think we should also see the full court decision presumably released soon - today or tomorrow considering it was agreed Monday.

Up and away today - completely oversold - I think actually today we may test 10. The pullback was overdone considering the HUGE game changing progress we have made. We live again back in business and like all financial institutions who have their ups and downs it’s soon long forgotten - remember even the good old high street banks eh who caused a financial crash - they’re all still in business selling their wares with happy smiling caring ads. The new Amigo is a better beast and is entering back into the market at the peak time in terms of supply and demand in the cost of living crisis. There will always be a need for this lending and we are now squeaky clean bigger and better equipped I think to now be the market leader in this sector - real investors unlike the nugget munching negararty popping up look further than their noses and next Fridays beer money!
Reversal upwards in play today and exciting times ahead here.

Ella honey seriously - 12 months is the timeline for that IF indeed BOD need to as we may have other options anyway by then - however once more for those thickos in the back row waiting in the wings - we will have new products and have begun many months of re-lending before then. The suggestion that any dilution will be on today’s SP is literally ludicrous. We will be far north of here when and if we decide to go this way. We will have been churning revenue alongside our existing business. If you are making stupid calculations like this maybe investing isn’t for you or indeed this stock. Finance doesn’t seem to sit well with you.

Heavy share dilution er no that’s not a given and it’s within 12 months if indeed they choose to do AS they have other options and the share price you numpty deramper will obviously be far north of here! We can resume lending before we even need to look at this - so on news of resumption of lending and new product ranges we will be trading in the 70-80 range so a 10 bagger from here working our way towards pounds not pennies.
People who have invested here understand this it’s those who aren’t or are shorting (crazy but most likely spreadbetting) trying to talk it down are those who don’t. Foolish is not a good look.
