This is entirely oversold and remember we haven’t spent all the placing money for the 10% it was also for other projects. The other shares were only going to be issued on SH authority on discovery so that’s not happening . The free float will become less and less - I think the sellers by my calcs are done and churned here - this is now ii big buying with a nod and a wink!

They seem definitely to want sellers now - they’ve widened the spread massively to deter buyers (as if) and are slowly upping the Bid - all the hallmarks seller gone finally and big buyers want back in the game here.

Jarv - No do you even understand what a RTO IPO is? I don’t mean an accumulation of shares and percentage of company on the market - a Reverse Takeover IPO where Western Gas reverse into Clontarf obviously - this gives them an instant London listing without having to go through the lengthy process of funding an IPO etc - it’s like a made to fit glove.

This is what this has all been about - easy reverse takeover listing - that’s why we were invited to partake on 10%. Western Gas want and need a listing and this opens it up easily imo - bring it on! Combined company with all WG projects plus ours - that’s one hell of a combo!

The open offer is done and the buy in is 4.00 so that’s the bench mark. No ii is going to be selling any lower than they bought obviously plus clearly someone wanted more as they bought 108k worth on open market for 4.05 today in anticipation of it moving substantially up. You don’t spend that much if you haven’t got confidence. ii will have been given the whole picture info so.. It’s got to be only a matter of time, before this moves… and when it does no chance of getting in at this level again.
