LATE 2023 - so I think we can take it that any possible RI will be well towards the end of the 12 months timescale we have then - basically if claims deadline is end of November 2022 then looks like payments stating late 2023 would be approx 12 months after the deadline and then they say estimated.

I think we have plenty of time to get all sorted and in order with that timeline. We basically have until and up to 25th May 2023 then to RI if indeed that’s the avenue we take to raise the funds.’

Monday open IMO & game on - the news flow will be thick and frequent now no more downcast communications all weighted towards the SOA - that’s in the bag. So positivity will be regained and sentiment will be much more bullish. Any communication from BOD on future plans will be the signal and book will turn to race up as quick as you can say shorting scummers!
Make hay whilst you can fellas as I think everyone’s almost got used to seeing it at this level for so long and forget the BRILLIANT NEWS on Monday.

No large seller in background and Mr Market always happy to relieve me of my shares on dummy sells. Buy time is now time imo and unless you have shares in fire extinguishers shorters and spreadbetters I strongly suggest you don’t mess around with fire by leaving them open…

Feel we should have a good day here - building up to release of BOD strategy RNS - today? Monday? Oversold now and hugely derisked - we should not be trading lower than positive pre court decision on SOA should we which saw us hang in the balance. It went our way Mr Market remember! We are back in business.

We know it’s started so would have preferred if they hadn’t issued this now stating timeline as market now will see a sell off until a week’s time and 2nd - if they hadn’t issued this we would’ve seen a much better build up and momentum to the actual drilling results now many will likely sell and come back late next week. Hopefully the placees selling will have finally slung their hooks by then as they are really getting on my nerves!
