Friday’s price was based on the company delisting the RNS produced has meant a new BOD the reason for the petition negated and 2 heavyweight directors stepping in here to now run this as a new company with a RTO - now the possibilities names of company in mind IF you’ve done your homework will be significant. These 2 heavyweights don’t mess around look at their credentials - outstanding. Pointless to make this conflation or comparison we are in a totally different scenario and landscape - if you want to compare then let’s compare price now versus £12 at one point was what the old company was worth! 🙄 IMHO GLA

Two hugely respected big name new Directors have now applied to withdraw the petition submitted by the old BOD pending a big RTO plan here. That is why from the very floor of a stock delisting here has been suddenly turned around. The free float is minuscule. We await the decision of withdrawing the company petition. If withdrawn the SP will have a lot further to rise from here into teens for starters. IMHO GLA

You won’t get this volume amount under 5 now once announced - just clarified process with a company solicitor and they say it’s simply a matter of sign off in court as company is no longer insolvent. Good times coming today was just the starter for the main event rise tomorrow! Pounds in future not measly pence now definition of a multibagger! Temp suspension means you’re locked out until RNS! Atisha agree in normal circumstances BUT this is when you really do need balls of steel to hold because if you have a large holding you categorically won’t be able to buy it back again without buying much much higher. The driver here is the bottom floor barrel no value it was at until yesterdays RNS which blows that out the water combined with the tiny amount of shares in issue & the very small available free float which just got smaller. All those who held lower May have sold but were instantly bought up & there’s evidence of major hands buying here which helped light the touch paper. I think we will all do very well indeed here! I remember picking up a stock which went and did over 1000% on similar circumstances people are measuring this from the absolute scraped bottom when we thought it was delisting now it’s not, so the floor is pretty low we’ve miles to travel yet. News of what company is going to back in here on RTO is very exciting actually I’ve a few ideas I’ll keep under my hat of what it might be - I know of two companies one of which I’m a shareholder of looking to IPO but in present day circs RTO is a much cheaper easier faster method making it very attractive especially with the tiniest of free float and stock in circulation. Latino because the original wind up petition was from the original BOD it’s a simple paper shuffle now to execute withdrawal of their own petition if you recall it was boards decision which never made any sense now we have an RTO coming new Directors, new reborn again company and this will be looking now to go easily into teens. It’ll be minutes for court to sign off.After suspension that’s when things get really interesting as market will be flooded with buy demand and now no stock at all so anyone who bought today should be sitting pretty.
