Neil mate you can buy this volume intermittently for a few seconds then in order to fill it they have to inexplicably take the Bid price to NT despite no volume of sells going through. This tactic is unfair unnecessary and is evidence of back filling orders. Any more of this and I will make a formal complaint with the FCA. When there’s little stock float, freeing up holdings is needed but the use of not allowing anyone to receive a quote on the sell side is manipulated heavily on this now. On the buy side little to go around and we would expect that it may go to NT as they need to deal with adjustment of the price higher and orders . This is what I can’t stand we are not responsible nor the market for balancing their books. In order to do so they can’t be allowed to direct the share price here downwards in order to collect. Amateurs panic when they can’t get a quote and when MM reprice it lower and release quotes on no sells they sell as they think so many sells are going through but that’s no factual is it.

They need stock in order to function their problem is they have to resort to back filling buy orders however any more of this control of the SP will lead to complains to FCA we all know it happens but it’s totally wrong. Stop start up naturally stop pullback to collect then buy demand it goes up they have to quote higher then pullback via NT adjust the Bid collect and so forth except this is not allowed on a fair and orderly market. Granted we have unique circumstances & no stock available but let the share price find its mark & looser bands higher up. Clearly it’s naturally got to be higher than this. Shaun pipe down you’re basing your perspective on a stock that was on the absolute abyss floor as it was days away from delisting to a 360 degree turnaround surprise announcement out of the blue with new heavyweight directors cancelling wind down, acquiring RTO & forging a brand new substantial business here. These people are titans with huge business expertise & respect. Whatever they have planned and it may well be Allwyn but whatever is coming fast down the track we all now own a hefty chunk of this and it is once in lifetime stuff. If this is not for you there’s plenty more stocks out there but for many this may be life changing. You can’t reference value to the previous company that’s gone remember this is going to be a RTO as stated & if a successful multi million pound company wants to reverse into here then we should be very very grateful! Nothing I say will affect the price lol you sound really bitter. I expect you’ll get an opportunity to buy in the morning if you’re quick off the mark. We hit 5.70 today but as I’ve said previously there’s such a tiny free float the MM have need to ‘settle their books’ as we’ve traded more stock than the entire company has issued twice! So the tiny free float which has now changed hands from original holders to many many new way higher than where we finished and now we have this completely new opportunity coming to us. It’s actually astounding opportunity ahead of us now. I never understood with only 52 million shares in issues why the exiting BOD never sought to do a placing originally BUT this now means we are in a prime position with our pi holdings! We have large chunks of the company and any RTO manoeuvred into here is clearly going to be of top class calibre otherwise why have these business heavyweights come aboard with lowly old ITS on its absolute knees. I was thinking today if I had sold higher I could’ve bought back more stock however I know with my holding it would be impossible to get hold of it again and I’m not taking that risk so I will continue to top up when the MM allow us to actually buy any of the stock that they don’t actually have half the time to sell you. IMHO GLA
