As RNS states - there can be no guarantee that an offer will be made. You have made too many rampy assumptions and if no offer or low ball not accepted the ii shorts will make mincemeat of you all! If the deadline was to be extended the market would have been notified today! Sub 40 coming here as profit takers will not risk it those who bought in 20s as no deal will see WG share price tanking down to teens! I think you’ll find that the current market opinion is there will be no deal done either through no offer or a very low ball attempt being refused by the BOD. if you bought at 21s then bank the profit. The downside of no deal will be horrendous! IMHO DYOR

There is no acquisition target as BOD could not have taken part in the placing! That would be insider information. HNWI and ii would only take half of a paltry placing of a few hundred K for working capital the rest propped up by BOD who got stock at 0.004s yet they want you to buy this with hype and fresh air with not enough £ to acquire anything at all. The RNS messaging has been at odds with the reality now end of March! OTT ramping because it contained the word AI in its changed name from drama saga DKE Dukemount Capital and still nothing to show for it just rainbow chasing and fresh air! So as per the RNS - there can be no guarantee that an offer will be made. If it was made I doubt the company would accept it anyway as they have been averse in the past and refused an offer from parties when they were in a better situation than now with warnings on profit stretching into 2026 and 1.4 billion refinancing to still sort and being discussed right now! You think that misleading people that somehow the war and sanctions were stopping a buyer lol. No pre war more than 3 years ago no buyer carrot dangled for years on end. They have zero cash struggling last time to get finance and had to reprice PH warrants down to 0.004s and 0.0014s STILL being sold into the market! They do not have enough cash - on fumes now.
