You can’t spin this it’s a disaster! The company with fresh air they own nothing has just shot themselves in the foot & now has to call an urgent meeting. The RNS inckudes the following-

Company currently is an empty shell and has nothing owns nothing! They have spelt it out that they will need to raise to make an acquisition. Currently no target announced and in order to acquire anything of value they will need to raise significant sums meaning as ii only took part in half of a tiny placing last time even tgough same current status as now, they took 0.004 so if company needs cash big sums cash the next funding placing will be at a huge discount to current SP. If you have not yet worked that one out then you shouldn’t be investing in the markets! Follow the money out like one of the significant shareholders who isn’t waiting to be diluted lol. Currently you are buying a slice of fresh air and a rainbow with no idea of what it is they may or may not acquire & how much discount to ii company will give to placees to raise the cash! Mugs! I think the majority of buyers will not be prepared to hold for years here just traders playing the numbers that is indeed IF they even get awarded a license when other projects in competition are IMHO the better option and able to come into play sooner. That surely is a reason not to choose EPP. Binary play here but if not granted license then EPP are quickly toast and holders burnt! IMHO DYOR
