Toffers makes a very good point here. When company said they had no choice re the massive 56% discount to a share price that had already been walked down I couldn’t quite believe their arrogance to shaft shareholders. I was certainly angry that they had not raised when the SP was higher. Why? So what was the reason for the huge slashed discount who needed convincing? Now it totally makes sense like the penny has dropped here! We never learnt who it went to the masses of shares and holders positions ruined it was gutting. So when they apparently claimed they had no choice seemingly which was odd, it must be that HE1 strings could be being pulled as Toffers suggested by TG. It certainly seems to fit and explain why the placing was so low with massive dilution! So will this happen again indeed they may be at the mercy of whatever is demanded as they essentially own nothing and dependent on licences permissions authorisation and doing what TG authorities want. That is a big deal and certainly something people should be taking seriously and reminds us they are dealing with African way of doing things! IMHO DYOR
