Have been watching this trading range despite my earlier misgivings to see what the support is and it seems 48 is holding very well as lower support here so the 50-56 range looks as though it could break through once 50 paid again. Buyers on 48 and chunkier buys coming through. If it surpasses 56 we will highly likely even see a rally back up to lower 70’s. I think profit takers from HE1 may run back into JAY as HE1 rise for now is overbought. IMHO DYOR GLA

I am fully out for the time being purely because I can’t trust the MM quoting on here. They will bait and switch as has happened so many times here then lock you out from selling whilst taking down the bid so this time not losing my profit! Will look to see where they take it later. IMHO DYOR GLA

For the moment this is overcooked now will pull back now with profit takers. EWT not starting for 2 more weeks and results not until end of August.beg September as per company presentation so it cannot sustain this momentum. Great rise but a bit too fast - steady each day would help hold it. IMHO DYOR

MM actually trying a treeshake lol 12 will be taken out soon book is laden with those wanting entries! 15 this morning on horizon now so oversold and undervalued with all that's coming down the track! Expecting the JV name any day! IMHO DYOR

We have just gone down to all time lows & we were due a very good technical oversold bounce and the shorts ran the gauntlet now we have another EXCELLENT and exciting update on drill news in a sure bet location on top. Should see fireworks that will blow the AUS whinging shorts away. They have had it their way for weeks now we move back up and regain a large chunk of ground as we are due further news on many fronts inc JV MAJOR name news - it’s coming soon! IMHO DYOR GLA

Another fantastic target drills now commenced with results this Quarter. I particularly like these two parts of it! Especially the one where 80% of the drills completed have produced oil in this particular location! Bring it on. Just another of our fantastic projects and not even the main one either where we await JV partner news! We should now start to attract the herd back here and see real value being realised in the share price! IMHO DYOR

Jeff Marcel is President of Curbstone Energy so why is he at the COPL field? Are Curbstone Energy involved in perhaps buying the asset from Summit? Any connections to anyone else in the whole saga? Why is he there and who apparently appointed him? All bizarre. Also our website is no more….Japanese/Chinese weird site when you tap in website address.

If eg Curbstone Energy were involved they would be wise surely to keep it listed - a main market listing is hard to come by. I can find however very little about Curbstone Energy however here’s Jeff Marcel’s Linked In below. IMHO DYOR

Have more than enough coffers to pay that Brom crikey drop in the ocean now. This was always the route to MAJOR name JV partner! We have also significantly strengthened our balance sheet to the degree to also put ourselves in a very good position should a takeover deal ensue for all 88Energy! Things looking rosier and rosier here with bargain entry either which way it goes. But what would everyone be looking for price per share if the MAJOR names wanted to offer? IMHO DYOR

Shouldn’t shareholders have all along in the process when we realised just how short the bidding process (and therefore was likely to fail) was to garner action together and serve an injunction then at that key point or even as BP did appeal the AVO after the disaster of the stalking horse bid with Summit winning. All in the court docs there’s no registration of appeal against it from anyone else( except BP for their own reasons)or any objections by all of us shareholders. Perhaps that was the first thing that should have been done by CAG then deal with the complaint and compensation for losses secondly. It would have least have shown that masses, thousands of people object. A judge cannot really do anything else but wave it through if the wrong path is followed but there’s no-one standing in the way. I am sure that I am being naive in the cost to apply for it and legal representation however at very minimum at each stage the Judge should have been aware that all of the shareholders objected to this and which would have led to Judge to ask questions of the applicants what actual restructuring was really going to take place as this asset transfer was the only key piece of what could be deemed ‘restructure’. Could it even be called restructuring as it was a simple sell (now transfer) the asset in exchange for Summit debt. Close the company. Look at the accounts for Appendix C in latest Monitor report and the huge cost in fees of doing this ‘restructure’. Also anyone care to make sense of the figures from 23/6-20/7. Huge numbers under simply Expenditures what actually is this? IMHO DYOR

Who is paying for these works should be the question? If this is coming out of COPL’s current cash balance that cannot be right. Why would WE spend ££ on enhancing the field and doing costly work overs with no benefit but taking from OUR cash (irony of DIP financing being inc in SISP stalking horse bid which is paid back by the asset transfer AVO if then we use some of that finance to do the above!)! And if Summit paid for it, again it is not legally theirs yet so why/how was this done? This is like a buyer who hasn't exchanged on the vendors house yet walking in knocking down walls and throwing up an extension which will enhance value of the property. IMHO DYOR

Summit can’t have appointed him yet or done anything with the field as it is not legally theirs yet! He may be waiting in the wings to start but all the assets are still COPL’s (and ours) until the legal transfer has happened. The revenue up until legal transfer is also ours! IMHO DYOR

Sitting at all time lows due to naked shorting the SP is a gift! From explorer to producer 2024 pivotal next few weeks - amazing progress and cash in bank nearly exceeding Market Cap - crazy!
