You all realise that this is delisting from main market and with that the shares that were allocated for the 10 million can’t be issued as the issue was subject to. Prospectus approval from FCA re main market rules and to be issued to LSE London Stock Exchange. The company now can’t just issue them and the change in exchange to AQSE happens in September after the vote to come off main market. Nothing can happen now until September and now no money from the placing which was subject to a sign off as the issue was way past the available headroom and more than 43% of entire issued share capital. It’s a complete mess a Bitcoin company with no money and no bitcoin! Plus very few brokers deal with AQSE stocks even if the handful of brokerage platforms say they do some are ring fenced as being too risky! IMHO DYOR

I think the result of this sale of OUR asset will absolutely drive home re court claim that the asset was undervalued and undersold in a rushed process. It has apparently been marketed 15 months ago to the same audience so the result of the sale and how much Summit achieve will I think help the court claim enormously. Could the entire process be challenged if the figures are vastly different and Summit makes a big profit. Could they be forced to pay back the difference? IMHO
