This one looks like it's finally ready to breakout.

Did anyone notice those very large delayed buys reported yesterday, totalling over 1.3m shares? Wonder what that's all about. Might explain the recent strength in the share price. I'd expect we'll get an RNS announcement next week identifying the buyer.

True. MM's aren't exactly encouraging trade with a ridiculous 5p spread this morning.

Interesting analysis of the continued growth of satcom requirements for the AI industry as data centres demand investment in power, connectivity and scalability. This should be a positive for TT who are a major supplier of electrical components for satellites.

Pedro, I'm guessing you're short based on your repeated bearish comments. However, the majority of ppl on this board are long holders as I am. Please have some consideration. Being gleeful when the price drops is just going to irritate others who don't share your view. Thank you.

I wouldn't be sure about that 90p target price. The results highlighted the all important green shoots of recovery in their North American operations. Both Europe and AP are performing well. The current share price offers excellent value for an acquirer with a long term view. DBAY have steadily increased their stake to 16% and have to be strong contender now they have clarity on how H2 is shaping up. Definitely watch this space in the next couple of weeks imo.

TT Electronics are a key player in this market and are mentioned in the attached article. The shares should literally be flying! Can't believe they haven't been snapped up yet. I guess any potential suitors are waiting for the H1 results on 24th September to assess the tone of the outlook and whether the US production issues have finally been addressed.

Any opinions as to the significance or otherwise of the appointment of Berenberg as corporate brokers with immediate effect? Perhaps they've been chosen to represent TTG in negotiations for an approach? Wishful thinking perhaps. Need to stay positive here.

Indeed, very frustrating. The share price decline appears to be accelerating. Not sure why, especially as the market has been bullish. Also, the recent news flow has been pretty good, with some major new defence contracts. Wonder if it's being driven down for a reason? Noting that Volex have their AGM tomorrow. Hoping it will be accompanied with a nice surprise announcement. Volex's last approach was accompanied with their interims last November. Expect today will be another rough one.

Don't think so. It doesn't make sense to me why they would be buying now when they could have bought a heck of a lot cheaper a couple of weeks ago.

I presume that 2.5m trade was actually a buy rather the sell as is being reported, otherwise the share price would be red today. There definitely a lot of manoeuvring going on right now. Hopefully it's all leading up to a bid shortly.

Douglas Bay still increasing their holding from 12.7 to 13.1%. They're the largest institutional holder, followed by Fidelity at 10%. Surely, they must have enough shares to launch a bid if they can persuade other institutional holders to get on board. They're not stupid hoovering up loose shares at this silly price.

Some decent buying this morning, but the share price continues to grind down. What's going on here? Surprised there hasn't been a bid yet. Surely they can't be waiting for it to go down any further. Totally nuts valuation.

I guess on the positive side, there is considerable self interest for the new CEO not to sell out too cheaply based on the performance targets in the very generous long term incentive plan announced this morning. Hope he's up to the job!
