Well, if you had been around when they were called adgorithms and were half this price you probably would have read my posts on that board. But then apparently you've bought "more shares" when you didn't even know they were once called adgorithms and hadn't pivoted.

Don't need to defend myself, or the stock, just telling you as it is, if you don't do your research don't invest in something.

Question 1 showed you have done so little research on this stock that you don't even know how long the new product has been in the market for, what's the point of engaging.

Tony, I have no idea why you would invest in a stock you don't understand then panic about it later. Might be an idea to sell your shares and sleep better at night.

1) They pivoted a couple of years ago.
2) No idea, haven't seen the latest sales figures
3) Well that's the point isn't it, to buy low

If you don't know the significance of gartner magic quadrant go invest in something else.

It doesn't really matter actually, the company it's clearly a good risk/reward at this level. Downside - hmm well what is the downside on a company that's likely to post over a million in profit, is worth 5million and is growing rapidly. Can't say I'm entirely sure, maybe the debt, which is being paid off, or the receivables - which look normal in a business like this at this stage.

What's the upside? Quite a lot actually if it keeps expanding like this.

It's not just any AI stock though, it has some serious accolades behind it, decent funding, a great team, solid global proof of concept clients, and are operating in an area where there is inefficient spending of $200bn a year and serious opportunity for automation. It's only a question of whether the tech delivers, but there are a lot of people backing it which should tell you something.

Don't know whether it's a good time to get in or not, but I know it is a bad time to be out. These short term trades/movements are meaningless, this stock has every chance of going £1bn+ and I know that sounds like an insane valuation but AI tech stocks with traction and global clients tend to have insane valuations. I am just going to keep buying till this does something or goes under as it's the biggest chance I've seen on here to make a fortune.

Personally thought the interim results were quite significant with the new US retail chain and the expanding pilot of the Fortune 500. This stocked is overlooked and under the radar which is fine as it presents some great opportunities for buying.<br />This is a Gartner cool Vendor in a hot sector which is attracting some solid clients, of course it is early but the risk/reward is very good because when you compare to other AI stock this looks seriously seriously undervalued.

It's only a good profit if there was some signifcant downside risk. Where is it?

You haven't said why it's time to run? If you can point out how much downside there is below 3p when someone's putting $16,5m in at 3.5p and the company is debt free, has singifcant turnover, a low cost manufacturing base and one of the largest textiles in the world as the major shareholder I'll be all ears.

Most of the people getting out are short term traders, so they see 100% gain and think they've done well, What's the realistic price of this company right now? SR went for this on the basis of the manufacturing base in Ethopia, which means that SR has significant capacity to sell, and Bagir has the ablity to deliver great margins. Result = profit. How much profit that it we don;t know, but not unreasnoable to see this as a global manutfacturer with a Turnover around £100m and a profilt of around £5-10m within the next 2 years. Given that context and the cash injection 3p could seem very very cheap.

It's difficult to price: Now has lots of cash, a huge partner who have a track record of buying companies they've invested in, a low cost manufacturing base that's been curated over several years, and high turnover compared to market cap.... but what we do know is that it can't really be much lower than this price given the price as which the investment was made, therefore seems like a free punt at this point in time. Are people seriously going to drop out for a potential 10% downside against a potential 100% upside?

I have been buying these on the quiet. Share is cheap WITHOUT the deal. They already took the deposit, there is no debt, high turnover, and a production facility which is now owned outright which is going to translate to higher margin on the not unsingificant turnover.

So much for this then, where did Eyeguy et al dissapear to?

Well for me if I was investing entirely on this deal then I would be more wary, but the fact is that the company is still underpinned by pretty decent fundamentals against its current market cap regardless of whether the deal goes through or not. It's a solid, established business with a decent turnover and penetration in the market. All the warnings have already been factored into the price as far as I can see.

Reason the Chinese are going in is because of the Ethopian base where it costs something like 1/4 to 1/5th of what it costs to produce in the other locations Bagir have been manufacturing. That is a huge impact the bottom line going forwards and the full purchase of the Ethopian base on the back of this deal will allow Bagir to ramp up production. The next set of results may not look so great in turnover and profit but going forwards just on the existing sales alone this looks like it has the potential to easily make 10m+ a year, so a pe of 4 is far from unrealistic, while discounting all the potential to expand on the back of this deal, the fact that it has no debt etc.

can't see the downside, just a waiting game...
