That's what I was saying. Someone said the awards weren't important so I pointed out that advertising is a bit of a closed shop where USP isn't so important. A lot of business is generated at these types of events.

No they don't. Advertising is a bit of a closed shop, high barriers to entry. It's why companies in the industry don't operate on USP's.

even if it does happen, what happens? a company that does aircraft simulations merges with a company that makes cooling systems... none of it makes sense. the company has been a strange affair for the past couple of years and im glad i got out of these a long time ago.

Ok, I don't think the margins look particularly low from the broker not but I'd personally not be worried about the margin at this point in time anyway. A company worth 1.6bn are selling the proposition globally to its own client and partner base of of 300,000 individual advertisers and over 850 game creator partners with over 16,000 titles. It's not some mickey mouse deal. The value of it is immense, not to mention the takeover possibilites.

I'm not here to go up or down as I'm not a share, people should do their own research on this. It's good to have different views.

Also this idea that people are saying BIDS will pocket the whole income has come out of nowhere. Everyone here has been working of a 30% margin or thereabouts. For some odd reason Gridz and Jimmy have come in here and misrepresented that then misinterpreted the broker note on top of it.

Thanks Hived, not only am I aware of this, I took it into account when making my decision and came to the conclusion that it was an acceptable risk.

Correction how much of the COGS is being spent on the Azerion agreement?

That's what I've said 25% is gross profit. Which means that COGS is 75%. How much of that COGS do you think is going to Azerion, and why are you asking if I'm a plant for asking you a simple question which you seemingly can't answer?

I see an extra 15% then goes to Azerion. This is priceless stuff. So it's stated on the note that 25% of revenue is gross profit, but somehow an extra 15% is then going to Azerion. How does this happen? A cash backhander down the pub? Furthermore clearly COGS is being used interchangably with COS, so as I asked Gridz, what's the Azerion breakdown exactly? How much of this COGS is payment to the "AAA publisher" for that year?
