really? I would say that most people think this is a good thing. Just Baloprim and Cashking are deramping. Wouldn't you say that the next steps with an EGM, potentially kicking old Directors out + a new partnership is a good thing?

since you set your LSE account up last Oct 2015 Baloprim I don't think you've had anything positive to say about this company.....in fact I'd go far as to say you set the account up just to slate the company.....something is very amiss I can tell you.

very interesting indeed.......AR can't stress enough how carefully he vets potential shells , he turns away over 90% of proposals put forward to him. I think this deal has been scrutinised at length and will make him and 'long suffering' shareholders money.

I'm in two shares that are going through potential RTO's (three if you consider worthington) not necessarily in industries I would have initially picked. However I am in a better position than some having decent entry points. Most of these penny stocks are a punt anyway (including the medical / pharms sector, look at PYC and SAR which have been stagnant for a long time). It will pay off or not, no use getting attached to any of these shares

isn't that what companies do if they are stuck in a rut.....diversify. Also you had an opportunity to sell out before suspension knowing full well what Adam Reynolds does with shell companies. Why does it stagger you so much? most people are reasonably content to see how this plays out.

You either have a defeatist attitude and focus all your attention on a change in direction (like you) or have some optimism in the company (AR) turning things around.
