its showing as 3.95 (opening SP).....no loss for today?

a little dramatic.......looking at the charts, maybe a slight further drop to 3.20 / 3.50 range and then time to motor upwards

I don't think thats correct, the shares came onto the market when the company was listed at 0.25.....these shares cannot be sold unless over 4p......and not for sometime either

this has been tipped in the daily advfn circular today for a breakout......thought I'd buy in for a punt

not necessarily....you would be issued new shares in the new company......did you email your details to the address I gave below?

Ben has responded to me with the following: Hi * Apologies for my late reply. I was away with family last week. Eridge Capital (as New World is now known) will be issuing share certificates to shareholders, once the company has completed its move to the BVI. In your case the share certificate will be issued to Halifax as the nominee holder. Halifax will then need to arrange for your shares to be certificated in your name. That process should be straightforward. If you would like to join the shareholder mailing list please email a copy of your holding and proof of ID to shareholders@eridgecapital.co.uk

That is not true....computershare were the registrar and Now NEW are seeking a new registrar (apparently) Ben turner is the person to contact re: this who I have emailed. If he doesn�t bother getting back then we have been shafted and I will look into this further

Just had confirmation via a Corporate Action that they have removed this share from my account as they are no longer eligible to be held in the UK settlement system. How are we supposed to get a record of our holding?

Btw if anyone is with Halifax, they are being lazy and are sending this out to people next even though they knew about this days ago

the problem is with the complete lack of information from the company who can we trust / believe.....and how on earth does TW know confidential info before any of the shareholders.....not that I'm complaining too much as he has been the only source of info regarding what is going on so far
