CANADIAN OVERSEAS PETROLEUM LTD - Important Information
Proposed Cancellation of Listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
And.
Proposed Admission to Trading on the LSE of the enlarged Company following the Acquisition of Atomic Oil (Atomic).
On 17th March 2021, Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd (Canadian Overseas) announced that trading in its shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) had been suspended following the Acquisition of Atomic becoming wholly unconditional.
The Company also announced that it intended to make an application for the Cancellation of Listing of its shares on the LSE, then subsequently apply for the shares in the now enlarged Company to be admitted to trading on the LSE.
On 19th March 2021, the Company announced that it would formally make the Cancellation Application to the FCA with the Cancellation expected to become effective on 21 April 2021.
The Company will continue to update the market as and when appropriate.
