Sorry but I agree he has to go... look at the website every single timeline they have put forward promise x , y and z delivered nothing... It has happened for years! In the AGM promised to come up with a business plan delivers nothing... Half year report said transformer to be replaced in Q3 has it happened? no... delivered nothing. February 2025 led us to believe the permit countdown had started but no, delivered nothing. They promised communications would be better, delivered nothing. They promised that the SH will have more of a say, delivered nothing.

They need to come up with a business plan the same as PO have done recently... Something the market can get behind, tell us what is going on with the permits and when it is actually going to be resolved! As it stands why would anyone hold this share? There is no catalyst they won't say if we have any cash at all on hand for development of any asset... The board do not give toss about SP he even said so in the AGM! The board only care about themselves and making themselves more money not the company not the SH... All they need to do is say we are going to try to get as many of these permits together asap and then look at what we can sell to fund the development of the other assets! Enough with placings nobody wants to invest in your bonus program Mark! Yes we had the chance to get rid at the AGM and shame on those who kept him in his place...

There is also the opportunity to get the permits and sell an asset to pay for the development of other assets... The Board just needs to spell this out to the market as it is clearly spooked by constant delays and opaque ideas

El Romeral will be way more than 3 - 6 months we still have not had the 180 day started yet there is no word on why this is delayed except that it is still in Seville awaiting reports! The board are refusing to keep SH up to date on any news... Hence why people are disillusioned

I make it a lot more than 1.5M? this money will be used to organically grow Viura not going into PXEN coffers... there are many issues that the company is facing. Including how is the other project funded? But the real issue is for years now they have had this drill program and none of it has materialised... They need to say what is happening at El Rom and even the 3D scanning today has gone back another 2 months... Just constant delays and delivering nothing

Not sure we are getting 12M p.a from viura....
