FINANCIAL TIMES Bobby Hashemi faces a vote to oust him at an E.O.M. forced by shareholders.The vote marks the culmination of the long running revolt against him after a five year decline in the shares has seen the company lose more than 90% of its value (market cap currently £15M).Uprising is being led by Beaton family (Surthurst 11%stake).CFE said Surthurst had forced the meeting and was calling for Mr Hashemi to be removed and replaced by Brian Carroll Cfe franchise manager ,they also propose to include Christian Reeve(not quite superman)former M.D.at Cafe Nero.The Beaton family also have the backing of Stephen Bartlett (Plymouth Land 14% stake).The chairman hit back saying nobody cares more than I do about this business

Hi trying,i like your sense of humour ,rich dentist.i have only posted afew times ,in the same boat as you down the pan with these at the moment but living in hope was confident with these at one time but cant seem to make much progress for now .just topped up on ULT wellworth a look if you are not in already
