looking good in lead up to results: from my view on GC page PUR - mcap of £20M, shares in issue: 27m one of the leading global providers of high quality silicon wafer reclaim services to many of the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers and foundries as an integral part of their cost control programmes. last years revenue of $37M so price to sales of approx.: 0.82 (undervalued) price to free cash flow of approx. 7 (undervalued) may be buying some on Monday following trading update last week too: "Strong cash generation has enabled the Company to close the year in a net cash position whilst, at the same time, servicing debt and investing $3.7m in capital expenditure relating to capacity increase and technological advancement. The global semiconductor market is forecast to continue to grow for the remainder of 2014 and beyond. With both manufacturing sites running at high levels of productivity and overall levels of costs being tightly managed, these factors support our confidence in the long term profitability of the business. Dividend The Board is pleased to confirm that, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it intends to recommend the payment of a maiden final dividend to ordinary shareholders based on the results for the year ended 30 June 2014."

lol...yep I get ur point!!! I just think the sp may have now run its course although I could be wrong (and have been wrong many times!). maybe through acquisitions etc they could increase revenue or just through organic growth - and they certainly did well increasing revenue last year so promising on that front. but ur right...in the meantime its a safe alternative in that divi paying and generating good cash flow. regards mate...hope it does well...will be watching closely.

Really like Eck but think the market cap is high (95m) compared to revenue (14). However they are generating free cash flow and.have healthy cash (7m), also pay divi so all in all very good company.

At the meeting Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Group CEO, commented: "Hayward Tyler continues to make excellent progress - particularly in our nuclear related activity where, further to the announcement of 31 March, I am pleased to report we have now received formal confirmation of our grant funding of up to £1million on the Civil Nuclear Sharing in Growth programme with the Nuclear AMRC. The funding will be used for ongoing shop-floor improvements, training and business development activity over a three-year period. "I am also pleased to report that the Group has won an order to provide four reactor cooling freshwater units for the Royal Navy's sixth and seventh Astute class submarines. Valued at over £850,000, the order is due for shipment this financial year."

Titon, the UK based ventilation and hardware manufacturer, today releases its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period 1st April 2014 to 30th June 2014, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules. The revenue growth experienced during the 1st Half Year has continued into the 3rd Quarter, with overall Group sales for the three months to 30th June 2014 up by 21.4% on the corresponding period of 2013. Stronger demand in the UK market has led to sales being up by 18% in the period, whilst sales in the rest of the world are ahead by 27%. Cash balances at the end of June 2014 were £1.8 million (June 2013: £1.7 million).

Holdings in Company The Company was informed on 14th July 2014 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, Mr. G Oury and his wife hold a beneficial interest of 2,904,816 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.93% of the Company's issued share Capital.

Yep...certainly good at gaining more customers. Yet for some reason share price in decline from 7.50 down to these levels..market cap is high compared to last year's revenues... ....interims must be due soon so will see what effect all these contracts have had on financials. Maybe good to time to buy depending on what interims say.

yep...looks good! may have a buy! interims due end of Aug "I am pleased to report that a number of the projects being worked on during 2013 have now come to fruition. Together with an increase in the core business this has given rise to a 14% increase in the orders booked and a 35% increase in the orderbook compared to the first 5 months of 2013." very interesting!
