I believe it is the mechanism of action which is different
TILS is monoclonal antibody
SNG is a broad spectrum anti-viral
Unfortunately for TILS on the very same day they announced this result, its been announced that monoclonal antibodies are not that great a hope in treating covid:

Great news...
I think SNG have a FDA fast track designation already
https://www.theguardian.com/society/2021/jan/31/nightingale-units-should-be-used-to-care-for-covid-survivors-say-senior-doctors
Maybe get them onto SNG nebulisers in there
I think there is realization, finally! that vaccines can only do so much - and only so much damage to the share price of SNG. Today we had both confirmation of astrazenica and johnson/johnson single dose vaccines but still sp held relatively well. In addition, Fauci saying virus will continue to mutate.
Treatments/vaccines needed

I think as few have said, we may have to get to a stage whereby we have an updated vaccine every year - much like the influenza flu jab. I reckon there may be something similar with covid - eventually there will be a covid 21, covid 22 etc i think
