It is not "market speculation" it is a decision made by relevant authority.

But in their March update"company stated that it is in discussion with Petros and talks are in "final stages".So that means Petros has rejected their application and now company has turned to federal authority.That kind of tells you how "well connected" these guys are.

How is it "market speculation" ,they should have denied it or presented the evidence.So they have admitted that petros have rejected their application.

Yes 1 trading day left until AGM, so BOD has nothing left to say.So far we know that no PSC decision will be made until August 2025!

Until August 2025 as petros is mapoing out asset before it can be offered to bidding competitors.So dont listen to "p&d" merchants.

It is funny they were in "final stages" and now have turned to Federal Government.Competitive bidding and August 2025 are key here.Their application for "exclusive psc" has been rejected by Petros and other players are active too.A minnow with couple of failed drills stand no chance.

Yesterday it was pumped and dumped by usual suspects and good thing is they have snuff out liquidity for a while.It is bound to drop at some point as BOD is getting desperate by the looks of it.It has released three RNS within a week,in first RNS they tried to give an expression that they dont care about the article, in the second RNS they tried to "calm down" market but in doing so confirmed that article was based on facts.In third RNS they have confirmed that they submitted application and that is as far as they can get in my opinion.BOD will have a peaceful Agm and 3 millions to themselves so happy days.

As far as this "exclusive psc" is concerned I do believe it is done and dusted until August 2025.However these sort of companies always have a "next big thing" up their sleeve to excite "mug punters" so keep watching.Right now bod has 3 millions and a lot of mug punters so happy days!

So if their application has been accepted, why have they allowed other competing bidders to bid for these "exclusive PSC" and why is this company in touch with Federal authority.Clearly their application has been rejected.

This RNS has confirmed that petros has rejected their application and any decision will be made after August 2025 .So no "PSC before Agm".Meanwhile these conmen have 3 millions to themselves.

It is a cash shell and market capital is high for a cash shell.Anyone attending AGM should ask "about potential bidders" and "petros refusal".

Plot thickens , no psc has been granted but they have already selected the "rig", they have identified a "funding option", and someone was willing to offer them £130 million for "non existent psc".How ironic can it be?

They have released three RNS in a week and last 2 RNS were released after that article and funnily enough company has confirmed what that article has stated.

They have pretty much repeated what petros article stated and looks like they have not been granted psc by Petros.A final decision will be made after August 2025!

Mug punters are being taken in for another ride as company has confirmed what petros has said.Look at the use of vague terms like," company believes","potential ", and "potential psc".House of cards about to collapse I believe.
