Accounts and entities,by the looks of it this "institutional investor" has used an offshore entity to buy these shares and has already exited with a profit by the looks of it.This is getting interesting as firstly we had a mysterious buyer who wanted to buy this cash shell for £140 millions and then we have a mystery institutional investor who does not want to be identified.

There is no doubt about it that "psc application" has been rejected by Petros.Look at past RNS and in March they clearly stated that they are in talks with Petros.That Article came out and we had three RNS within a week.Look at wording,company is in talks with state government which has "final say".All of mug punters believed that given government connections,this company would be granted "Psc" and an exploration well would be drilled soon.What transpired last week indicates that such thing does not exist,their application has been rejected and these "well connected" people have not helped.As things stand petros want to go down bidding route and every bidding company has to have money,experience and expertise as petros would not want to give these assets to someone who does not have neither money nor experience.This company is cash shell without any asset and market capital is way too high when speculation has been driving the price up.

That is nothing they have selected rig, formed funding committee and other things.What they have not got is an "asset".
