We dont have investoers we have gamblers.But all signs were there it was evident that shareholders would be wiped out but some people took a gamble on"bigger fool theory".

Problem is most of these contracts are won by offering paper-thin margins great if you can deliver but a slight delay and you are staring at a loss-making conteact.That is what has happened here,backlog has increased،loss has increased and debt has gone up.Not surprisingly bonds are not moving up and that indicates that equity is worthless.However lender wouod determine the shareprice now.

To convert most of its debt to equity which would leave shareholders with nothing.

It is not going anywhere until this dumping stops as it looks like placing shares are being flipped for 20%.

Looks like they have lost value as there have been multiple placings since then and there have been multiple consolidations infact some shareholders are sitting on more than 70% losses since then.So how can you say their investment have gone up?

There is a reason that shareprice falls massively as shares get delisted.That is due to the fact that most of brokers try to match buyers with sellers and supply and demand determines the price.Sellers have very little say over this if no buyer is found then seller is stuck.This is JD's way of taking it private without paying premium!

How can they be higher than pre consolidation as nunber of shares were reduced by factor of 6 and shareprices has halved since then.So how can you say it has gone up?

Placing due and where are "diamonds"?

Sometimes you have to go through history to cnnect the dots and this company is surviving on placings as far as I can remember.Funnily enough when you think investors are fed up of bs management comes up with something new to keep them engaged and rest is history.

Fortune our master "dealmaker" is behind SPR entity, what a master stroke by him.This company is bankrupt but have bought few more months.

It is part of their job, however previous auditor quit because they had some concerns about governance.There are some issues can be minor or.... . .but we can only comment once results are out.Delaying results three times does not sound good and there has to be a good reason behind it.

It looks like there are some issues that auditors are concerned about and are refusing to sign off.

It has to be more than £700, as your backside cant be burning for £700.But.....

@RazzaB offcourse you did not pay 6p but one thing is for sure price you have paid for is higher than 1p otherwise your backside wont be on fire.

Not really but could you saved you buying these shares around 6 when you can get these for 1p.

@RazzaB we are desperate to breakeven, arent we.Looks like you took a position when share price fell from 10/11p level and you decided to jump in to take advantage of these "cheap shares", but I remember warning you that a "placing " is being worked by this company as there were quite a few hints in last RNS.But you thought that I am looking for "cheap entry" and rest is history.Next time if you want to gamble make sure that you read RNS properly there is no point in arguing with someone who has predicted thinks correctly.

I do think it will hoover around 1p level, as placing overhang would take some time to clear.I wont trust management though as every placing is meant to be "final placing" but.....

Question is do you trust these jokers with that.They should have brought someone in with technical ecpertise.

I would say a big chunk of these shares have been sold today by existing shareholders unless placing shares have been forward sold.
