Think administrators would sell off all assets and proceeds would be used to pay creditors /employers and pensions.After fees rest would be given to shareholders.

Copl some time ago but it taught me a good lesson,it was not a big money.Reviewed my strategy and managed to claw back my losses within two months.I traded this back in july and made some tidy profit.It hit 24 and bought again and then sold these at a loss.I hoped to buy it back once refinancing was sorted.Let this be a lesson.

Razwan you cant sell any share, as effectively lenders and employers own the company now.

For all of holders here ,I hope noone has lost their lifesavibgs in this and it is a loss they can live with.

Agree with you,if government bails this out ,every company would want a bail out.

Mate,I hope you are right but I have seen similar scenarios where companies went into administration and nothing was done whatsoever.Carrillion is a unique case as it was is running too many government projects,but lets see how it pans out.

Mind you,I think regardless of what outcome is there would be no equity value left for existing shareholders.Even if refinancing is sorted.

Think ,it is based on assumption that whole parties would agree to a solution and refinancing woukd be sorted.Which would propell shareprice into 20s,then 30s and then "sky" is limit.

Hope it comes good for you lot,but I have been there and done it.People decide to ignore people who paint not so rosy picture of things.

Think you were invested here,when I warned you of this a month or so ago.These guys were warned multiple times but chose to ignore these warnings.I pitty the guys who are going to lose money but it was their own decision
