Is if EX CEO can lie about royalty chances are he has lied about other things too and unless them figures are verified it is really hard to value this company.

Hahaha run away now.Company has withdrawn forecast.My guess is it is a loss-making outfit.Cash burn is roughly 4 million and company would run out of money in June.However it is hard to tell without audited results.

Opulentia, it looks like you dont understand that RNS.Company thinks that previous forecast is not valid anymore and actual figures are much lower than expectation.How lower we dont know.

In the same RNS company stated that they reckon these figures would be significantly low than forecast.Read that RNS properly.

He has called it right and that is what matters.I dont like him personally but he has exposed many many frauds over the years.This share is uninveatable as company is not releasing latest figures and figures we have are made up lies.

Ex CEO is admitting that he used them figures based on Croda's model and company is not giving latest figures and I am making things up.Love it.On a serious note price action suggests that somebody is dumping these shares aggressively.

They have to clarify rights situation otherwise it would kept on getting lower.

Love it when people justify ac accounting fraud to get their 10%.So royalty figure was plucked out of thin air and no latest figures have been given but everything is ok as per our mug punters.They have to release audited results to restore market's confidence.

With due respect they need to reveal figures as that is a price sensitive information.

Croda model, so if nothing has come through then either that model was flawed or this product is not selling as expected.Either way they should not have booked that revenue.It is an accounting fraud and puts a question mark over everything.

I am 70% sure that rights issue would be soryed at this egm.If they dont do it then buying volume would be effectively zero as nobody would want to buy knowing fully well that rights can dilute them heavily anytime.

My understanding is whoever will be on register on 18 would get a chance to participate in Rights if it is voted through.However if that is not the case what is the point of calling that EGM?

Got to say I am surprised at price action.In my mind, this would be trading around 55/60 level but nobody knows.Bod has left a lot to chance as Rights issue price would be determined at Egm and I dont see any point in holding after tomorrow.

No deramping, i have not got them rose-tinted glasses on.This can only go one way from here and I suspect one or more institutional investers are dumping.It is a loss-making outfit at the mintue and alot would need to be done to restore invester's confidence.
