As audited results would bring much needed clarity but it looks like investers may get some nasty surprises.

My view is more people would go and that can trigger an immediate sell off.However we should see a "Tr1" if it is an institutional seller.

Price action is weird, a lot of speculative money moved in after initial drop and a few well known"p&d" merchants(we all know who they are) are trying to move it but share price is just falling.You have got to asky why?

And it looks like some more will need to go too.There is no investment case here without audited results!

I am 70% sure that today was last day to be on register to subscribe to rights.if that is not the case then market can be brutal and we dont know where will it end.

If that is the case than they should have announced it is that would have put the floor in.

Buying volume would effectiveluy be zero as nobody would want to get in knowing that company needs money and rights can land anytine.I have been involved in rights before but that was straight forward process.

Ashman was using croda's model to predict Royalty.Money was supposed to be paid after 3 months but no figure has been given even after 5 months.That is why company has adjusted revrnue for 2025 and withdrawn forecats for 2026.

But problem is if this keeps on falling what would be the point of holding?

All these figures are useless until BOD releaaes audited results.It can be 2.5 m, 05m or 10m nobody knows.

If investers on register today would be allocated rights then this will be sold heavily from tomorrow , as by the looks of it MC and money they need are equal so it will be roughly 1:1.If they have not decided it yet there will be another sell off.What a horrible position to be in.

That is why we need audited results.Once market has relevant figures it will value this company accordingly.It can be a massive fraud, or there is some value we dont know.
