As someone mentioned risk/reward ratio is huge and I do think institutional investors won't stay in till very end not after today's fall. It has lost more than 50% of total value in a month.

So you reckon they will stay till very end to have their investment wiped out? Which private investor have these sort of shares to dump?

Looks like a major institutional seller is offloading and private investors are providing him with liquidity to sell into. Liquidity is toast but reminds me of price action over last month where they increased the spread to stop anyone getting out with profit. Private investors are being trapped.

Have been shorting these as a hedge against their bonds too and that explains never ending sells. I wonder if shorts have gone up today?

I agree with administration part other bit is D4E equally disastrous for shareholders.

Babeto it was crystal clear to everyone after half yearly update that this company cant service it's debt. But people thought bondholders are some sort of charity who would keep on giving free money. I did mention that H2 seems to have technical problems as initial estimate was between 40 and 50 mscfd, then we had technical issue followed by remedial work and then we got told that it is only producing 32 mscfd and right now it is producing 26 mscfd. Production is way off initial estimate and can decline further.

They already missed two interest payment and deadline was today. If half yearly update is anything to go by then company is not making any money on current situation. So technical default ball is in bondholder's court now. Administration is unlikely option but D4E swap is most likely option.

What a "bargain" a company that has 100 millions plus interest to pay and can't even pay interest on coupon. It has to be bargain of century I guess

Not here to warn anyone, just say things as they are no agenda. How many times do I have to tell you that no bb poster can influence share price. There were quite a few people like you were sprouting all sort of bs but share-price kept on falling.

Rest assured that some people would take a gamble on that basis that if it does not get suspended it would multi bag. Even if company announces that it will be put into administration by next Friday, you will have gamblers investing thinking that assets are too got to be put into administration and a takeover bid would come from somewhere.

In my opinion D4E swap is being worked out. I agree administration is in no one's interest but bondholders would want to have their money back. Some money to drill new well and new technical team is my guess.

Hurricane had 70% of money and was in a position of pay 80/90% of bonds by the deadline. This company has nothing so that comparison is unfair
