Thanks for your insights. IMHO the only concern I have is your number 1. With a German broker buying up as many shares as they can at low prices, this could well indeed point to Bosch wanting to make an aggressive bid. The research from fellow members points to the Assie rules for takeover bids being 20% of share capital so it isn't as bad as it could have been for them (but is not so good for us small shareholders), if indeed this is the case.

Maybe there was a NDA with First Group, but if there wasn't why wasn't that snippet of information released by SEE at the time? It's screaming for the outside world to know of that news even though it is only a few coaches.

Never mind, just did another top-up after one of my other shares hit a stop-loss :(

Up until a month or so ago I was a fan of A8. Unfortunately his post at 19.56 did it finally for me. Complete BS. Fully autonomous vehicles will not be on the roads in my lifetime, and I like to think I've got 20+ years ahead of me. Brokers targets incorrect. The only thing where I have any agreement with is that the EU will not be managing the SEE type of DMS. But, the OEMs have already indicated that they want and need it.

A company like Softbank wouldn't be interested in a 10% stake. For a minnow like SM, it would be all or nothing.

Hate to be the doom merchant, but that technology will not be in, in most of our life times. It's science fiction that I used to dream of as a kid, but even now is still science fiction. Sexy, but irrelevant.

There was obviously a lot of comment on the ADVFN forum yesterday as this BB was down. I was told that the AFVFN BB was the thinking man's LSE but have realised that it is the complete opposite the guys here, especially the LTHs, as far more knowledgeable. As such, any ideas as to why the price flew up so high yesterday? Or was it just the Safestocks.co.uk article?

A quick question, slightly OT, but still covers this subject. Who do the learned people here subscribe to for your level 2 information. I've done basic research and the price varies considerably but I can't be sure that you get what you pay for. E.g. LSE charges £23pm whilst advfn charge about £44pm. There are obviously some other bits thrown in but not centrally something I would use.

Welcome all to a new era of Tekmar Group. Floatation today went well with the price settling nicely. It'll be good to see where this is going to head to. Fundamentals look good as the main part of the float was to pay of the acquisition debt. GLA
