Don't agree.It's GCM/Tang that PowerChina have signed a contract with.It's GCM that's conducted all the necessary studies/owns the licence etc.There's no way that GCM have come this far only to give it away.Bangla know that if they don't develop Phulbari quickly,they are finished.Bangla may well take a slice but don't think for a second that GCM will give it away.

They already have! It was RNS'd on 11th March.The difference this time is it was in the Chinese press.

Exactly Searcher.The fact that it's in the Chinese press and the closeness of China & Bangla working together all points to this going ahead.Hopefully the proposal will be submitted in the next few days.I feel that the NED appointments were the final thing they were waiting for.We're as close as we've ever been.
