If the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to reading on AIM will be cancelled (irrespective of the EGM vote on 7 October 2016). The Directors believe that it is highly unlikely that a replacement nominated adviser will be appointed.

I don't hold however this is a bit shocking for AIM. They will not appoint a new broker hence cancellation will be effective regardless of any vote. That is one way to do it. Get the broker to resign. Sorry chaps but this looks pretty poor from company and broker.

New 3% holder in SRC.

Been pointed this out over the weekend. Looks very interesting. Looking at who is running the show it a Mr Chris Ingam who sold the 9th or 10th largest media agency in the world to apparently WPP? is that correct? This is capitalised at 2.5mil.

Volume that is huge for a stock this size. Either MMs have a bit short or there is another placing forthcoming. Any views?
