Wasn’t implying MG would drag their feet just saying could take a few weeks rather than days but already on file as stating I believe a deal will be in place and announced before the start of the drilling season. However that would only be the start of the development I am here for the longer term play over the next few years and believe SP at bargain basement prices at present and looking for 10p and beyond once Refinery comes on stream and we have found and developed lots more oil

Plus I should have added any deal struck probably has to be Rubber Stamped by the Mongolian government and we all know they are not the quickest

Been buying my house since last November and still going through solicitors and no complications. Probably not either party holding a Farm Out deal up just the legals I expect lawyers and solicitors don’t seem to move at all fast pace in my experience

Let not forget PC are producing around 12,000 bopd from Blocks 19 & 21. As I have stated before believe a Farm Out deal for Block XX is only a matter of time given the importance to the Mongolian government and Refinery and an initial development target of 5000 bopd well within reason.

Brent back to around $100 barrel but a positive uptrend on SP with I suspect a FO deal to be announced before end of March all looking good here with plenty of upside potential IMO but still very early in further development. Added more today but still think this is a longer term play now for 2028 and the refinery to come on stream.

Yes all looking really positive on Sunsteppe side good find. Whilst I mainly concentrate on oil investments nice to have another string to the bow and increasing oil price a bonus. Added a few more yesterday still convinced the FO deal is now only a matter of time as development of the basin critical for the Mongolian government and Refinery. GLA

As for PC collaboration and signing of the MOU welcome and useful for processing MATD oil at present I don’t think they would be accepted as a partner to develop Block XX and ultimately Block VII as the Mongolian government need the oil for the refinery and will almost have a veto on any partner IMO

Whilst I have been here for several years and witnessed ups and downs and a number of disappointments. Have always traded MATD as well as being a LTH .On your figures of £200m raised over the last decade with 17.17% outside public hands held by the likes of Petrovis and institutions this means they have invested circa £35 million let alone the billions spent by the Mongolian government building a refinery and pipeline to the basin don’t kid yourself Bucky is pulling all the strings plenty of other senior players behind the scenes who I am sure will want the development of Block XX to succeed.

Would like to see SP hit 1.5p today make a good spring board for the Farm In deal to be announced.

Daqing price normally trades below Brent and as you rightly say in January 2026 $3.4 below but is still broadly benchmarked against Brent and International trade but does have an element of local pricing but will still track Brent price rises or falls

Dusty the 2025 Oil sales agreement was based on the Daqing Oil price which is broadly benchmarked to Brent , but haven’t seen 2026 agreement .

Why 100n target for Block XX by MATD greater than that albeit using current oil prices and believe BlockVII potential likely more but more unknown.

Whilst current production from Heron & Gazelle welcome the investment case and success of the refinery and Mongolian government strategy really depends on the successful development of Block XX over the next couple years. Remember PC from blocks 19 & 21 are producing around 12,000 bopd but sent to China . Can anyone really see development of Block XX. now being allowed to fail by Mongolian government and Petrovis. My opinion of course but a few exciting years to come for MATD I believe

As predicted SP fallen back somewhat but still firmly believe this company is still a takeover target and probably this year especially with DBAY the major shareholder. At this price believe a BUY again and will be looking to invest as funds become available
