Whilst progress slow recent news and AGM generally positive and I suspect SP will be significantly higher by the end of this year. As stated on several occasions see this share as a long term investment and believe we need to see the Refinery come on stream and Block XX being fully developed for the real gain here but will be adding more over the next 12 months.

Brent up again but we appear to be treading water here waiting for news which is starting to get a bit overdue now hopefully an update next week on all fronts but staying positive as development of block XX not only critical for MATD but the Mongolian government the refinery and not to mention Petrovis.

Spread ridiculous again MM’s don’t know we’re to take this news imminent in my opinion for good or worse probably tomorrow.

Yes patience has been the virtue this last 4 months waiting for the house purchase and Farm out news at least one concluded tomorrow and hope news to follow shortly. GLA

suspect with failed talks in ****stan brent crude will be back above $100 a barrel and matd share price higher next week and well above 2p if farm out deal concluded. short term gain welcome but the real deal will be in the development of block xx and has stated before this is an investment for 2028 and beyond and the refinery to come on stream but all looking very positive as we near the start of this years drilling season

With the board shuffle and appointment of P.S. believe TT must still be a target for DBAY and/or other party for a takeover at some stage. Adding a few more as funds become available.

From recent responses from the company I suspect Farm Out negotiations have been concluded and we are now awaiting legals and MG sign off. Likely an RNS announcement if not this week early next. MM’s share movement almost flat lined and spread 13% again obviously waiting for news as well

My opinion but going for 40 to 50 million for 40% stake on a Farm out agreement need to drill 20 to 30 wells before Refinery comes on stream but in for the longer term ie 2028 and beyond added a few more today

With Easter almost complete I suspect MATD is now on the launch pad ready for take off. An update should be coming soon prior to AGM and start of the drilling season so next few weeks should be critical.

Nighttime temperatures in Mongolia still generally below zero but should improve during the month with hopefully the drilling season likely to start over the next 3 to 4 weeks as temperatures rise. Suspect news on a Farm out agreement will be announced prior to the AGM

Still believe SP at bargain basement level and have added a few more today as suspect RNS likely very shortly as we near the start of the drilling season . Still think a Farm Out deal only the start the successful development of Block XX still the main key to unlock value here .

Broadly in agreement of your analysis but would hope as already a producing block and after Seismic would hope drilling success rate would be nearer 50% giving an average cost nearer £3m a drill but as TBT has stated if partner PC could be lower. After first phase of drilling over 2026 and 2027 the further development even if only around 35% to 40% success rate would become self funding as believe any partner would be there for the longer term and Refinery to come on stream circa 2028

Whilst complete guess work I would expect a Farm Out deal to raise £50 to £60 million for around 40% of the asset in order to drill circa 15 to 20 wells which in itself would fund further development even after the Refinery comes on stream to unlock the 60 million +of estimated Recoverable Oil in Block XX

Will go further it is an actual legal requirement for producers once the Refinery comes on stream included within their licence to operate in Mongolia

Whilst most investors waiting for Farm Out news and planned drilling programme for 2026 as a catalyst for significant rerate of SP getting near the start of the drilling season in Mongolia with significant work already scheduled not least hopefully getting Heron 2 into a commercial well . Believe short term and long term prospects here give substantial upside potential.

All coming together IMO with about a month to go before start of drilling season. With the recent meeting on the 5th no doubt to agree this year’s drilling program and Farm Out partner, expect an announcement over the next few weeks. Should be an exciting year and establish MATD as a main producer for the Refinery in 2028 as it comes on stream
