Agree slightly, last time they did a placing for existing share holders I remember it was at 2p. Unfortunately I didn’t take the tip, watched the sp hover around 1.9 for a few weeks then the steady rise to 45p. My average is around 12p but could have been so much lower. Hopefully this raise is similar, we need a bit of money but take a few and you will benefit was basically what they were trying to say last time.

How many will be selling part or all their holding as soon as they reach break even?!

Only another £2m worth or shares to churn through then before we can even think of any kind of a ride here then, great. My shares I paid just over 1p for will be left on the drawer for a fair while yet.

Decent rise here over the last week or so despite today’s RNS that a director has sold a few shares, would have expected it to have been buying going by recent price rises. Must be more people playing the games and making the odd in game purchase but still a very good rise.

You forgot to mention paying themselves a fortune for doing so regardless of whether they are successful or not.

Oh not checked in here for a while, only have a small amount in here at .8 I think before consolidation so need at least 100% from here. Hopefully the company is at least breaking even now with the likes of GR off the payroll. Market cap must be similar to cash in the bank.

Lost more than half it’s value since consolidation, George Roach been paid for doing very little here has me a bit concerned.

Being cynical it all looks to me like the big boys who thought Brexit would crash the market didn’t happen so this seems a bit convenient.

Still think we need oil blasting out into the air to get a rise here with the loan conversion going on and at the rate they are converting it’s going to be at least another 6 months.

I don’t see how that’s a bad RNS, they’ve just had to delay roll out because they’ve entered into negotiations with a big tech manufacturer.

Why top up at 0.07 when it’s likely to drop to placing price of 0.05. Placing at almost 50% discount seems a bit to much to me.

We have the 6.5m zim dollars, not worth much to GR or the rest of us but it seems to be enough to get work done at RHA so that might get us going.

We’ve borrowed money that has to be converted into shares and paid just about everyone in shares so until everyone has sold their shares and we get some good news the SP is only going in one direction.

Do you think the buyer from the 13th is the same as the seller on the 15th selling at a pretty big loss? Just looks like another reason to avoid to me.

That’s the main thing for me if GR was on (only!!) 50-60k we wouldn’t have had to do all these placings. He could start paying himself 300k for me when the company is actually making money.

Totally agreed, pay yourself silly money once the company is actually making a profit (from its ventures not placings) and before then why not a small salary say 20-40k. I avoid these type of companies like the plague now but learned the hard way. ECR one I got done on, one of PJ’s jam tomorrow best.
