It’s almost as if the BOD and director that sold knew the business was rubbish and overpriced. I wonder what the next move will be, maybe a name change and selling Christmas items.

Nobody got any ideas, to many shares need dumping here for my liking.

Whats the dark with loan notes here? Was looking at buying in but hardly ever seen a share price rise when they have loan notes that need converting.

Depends who has taken the placing shares and what they intend to do with them I suppose, hopefully they are friends or people in the know and know they are getting the placing shares cheap.

Hardly great news a company had bailed and another director had dumped some of his shares. The company has also sold some of its own shares which no doubt will be finding its way into the pockets of directors. I have to agree with the derampers on this one. Even if it did look any good I’d avoid out of principle after what the board have done.

Looks like a Halifax thing, I’m up £66k here and £250k in PAL. Both suspended and possibly consolidating.

Could be a take over target but as you say can’t see them wanting to sell. There have been some massive buys lately even at these prices, could be a company accumulating.

My buy at 4.5 showing as a sell.

He’s done another interview video, it’s on YouTube as well this time. Making another load of promises about how great this is all going to be. They should include a link to all the videos he’s done in the past so we can watch those back and see how those promises turned out. I wouldn’t mind if he took a large pay cut until the company is actually making money and delivering some of what he is saying.

But they mentioned potentially disposing of Zimbabwe assets.

Watch some videos of him a few years ago saying what he is going to do with prem and reflect on them now if you want a laugh. I hope someone who has lost money on all his promises bumps into him one day and does the right thing. It might stop people doing this sort of thing in the future.

That has to be one of the saddest reports I’ve ever read. What has the company been doing all these years with all its money?
