Exp, T212 have had a limit on HE1 holdings for some time. Once you’ve got their paltry allowance you’re blocked from further purchases. Not sure why they’ve been doing this but I last bought in July, after that I couldn’t get more. 🤷🏼‍♂️ No limit at HL.
