PJ, I just don't believe that. I'm sorry, I know I'm looking at the pessimistic side, but a JV with BP... all the funds they have, it wouldn't have even come to this. Court case over spilt milk to someone like BP.

The one strand of hope I'm relying on is, if it isn't sold/going to be sold, but does Hope/GG want it so badly...

I believe the farm out/jv discussion RNS was about a year ago now. So could be a case that this now expires and we should hear something in the very near future?

This is such a strange situation. How the hell could it get to this point where we have no idea if we have lost our main asset or not?

Are there any legal obligations for a private company to inform its shareholders or progress? Just thinking of time.. as it’s been 12 months now since hearing from the company.

The company does go bust, do shareholders get anything from the selling of assets etc? Or is that basically it ?

Much appreciated for the comments, that clears it up for me a little. I wasn’t aware of the lack of rules with a Cayman listed company.

So, chances are, even if they do relist it’s likely not going to be on AIM anyway..

Thanks everyone for their help, advice and assistance. I’m bowing out now for a number of months, best thing to do I think. Shut my eyes, and hopefully wake up to some good news in 2020.

How do people foresee this playing out? Wasn’t it something like 625m shares the FSG had registered? I’m not sure if I just delete my LSE account and write the money off. If we re list great.

But... what if we are in this exact position next year? Nothing from the BOD. Where does all this stand legally? Is it just a case of seeing what happens next summer?
