They are both public forums. There is absolutely nothing posted on here than your average Joe couldn’t find. I’m sure Giles would not mind in the slightest that his transcript is being shared with other holders.
Let’s be mature about this, whatever platform you use, as long as your a holder, conducting research, then what’s the issue?

Reading through the trial info, the only thing standing in the way of FDA approval, is the subject showing that they can follow the instructions, assemble and receive oxygen via the unit.

If the risk is not obtaining FDA approval on that, I’d say the risk is incredibly low.

Alma, whilst I do appreciate your optimism I do think it’s a little blinded. A lot of the world has not stopped due to this current situation. Far from it, as mentioned, deals are being signed all over. This isn’t the hospitality industry - Industries such as this one should be thriving - there is no one the fact that they cannot fly should hold up this deal. GS said if himself, the fund was set up for scenarios such as this.
