Surely its good practice to release an RNS when a share price rises or falls on zero factual news and its just a pump or dump?

Agree not sure why people are opposed.
It shouldn’t devalue anything, share price does up and number of shares goes down pro rata. Investors should end up with same total value, and the company looks a bit more credible with a higher SP. Less easy to move SP with silly value trades.

Er no, not if you use the money raised to buy an asset of equivalent or higher value. The company has a higher asset value which is now divided by more shares, so SP should in theory be stable.

Do institutional investors belive this paid-for PR fluff? Their price target is 40p which would be great if they were independent and did their own research rather than regurgitating the ZNWD presentations.
Also I took a look at their "research" and their predicted P&L 2023 to 2025 had zero expenses. Are the board not getting paid, and the ofices i nHigh Wycomber and Germnay provided for free?

It is not at all mysterious in this regard.
Your transaction is not a buy - it is a buy AND a sell, you need both for a trade.

The buy or sell flag is so irrelevant brokers don't even report it.
The flag is auto-populated by the exchange depending on where price was vs the mid at time of trade.
Only the price is singinificant.

Amazing how many on here fixate on the flag and complain their buy was wrongly reported.

How do you know "sale of Deeside was turned down, presumably because the offer wasn't good enough" rather than for example, buyer getting cold feet because it wasn't good value or thought build cost was understimated. None of us knows.

PB putting a positive spin that other bigger buyers are keen is more "market manipulation" than some on here
