Agree with both of you, my average is 30p and this is my largets holding (though it gets smaller every day).
I am ignoring all the rampers now, BOD is taking the p***
well said Gecko, totally how I feel now, the longer this goes on the longer I fear another AIM disappointment despite all the hugely optimistic LSE predictions
whihc was over ages ago, the lack of proper info from the board is really annoying now
Brilliant news, bizarre the SP don’t jump materially
Great news yet SP fell 2.4%
Perfectly reasonable post by silversun, not sure why people react like this. I suspect a lot of people are getting frustrated with how long this is taking and the lack of precise information on the bid.
I am still holding as my largest stock despite 25% down, but it is getting painful now
Spot on Gecko
So bored of waiting but will be worth it in the end, so I don’t have to read all this rum/pirate nonsense ever again
They will need the cash to attract a CEO and board who want to be paid
Exactly Unitedman
Rampers don’t die, they just cry hold
Yep zero tricks
*mis-reported
Agreed I guess it shows whether sellers are accepting below mid, but why does OP think it has been mid-reported?
I have never understood the obsession with Buy V Sell reporting on here.
If you bought 85,000 shares this morning someone also sold them to you.
If 22.22p was below the mid at the time of trade is was correctly recorded as a SELL.
Quite why anyone is bothered at the price v mid (and therefor whether it is labelled a buy or sell) is a mystery to me, only thing that matters is the price
Why has the SP regarded this as bad news? Is it just seen as further dilution?
Surely a company that takes money and invests it like a fund needs a constant source of investment money?
presumably its a big buy after the share plummets tomorrow? Did they really need to discount by 41%?
Although I then have FX risk
Hmmm 98 cents = 69p so fairly in sync
Are they well synchronised though?
Would much rather buy in US as instant trading ability and no stamp duty
Good news for 3 of my holdings then

I am limited by the rubbish SETSqx auction times by my broker (IBKR) but even so this thing is hard to top up.
At last 11am auction time it was 65-69 spread and my buy at 68 didn’t get filled.
Very low volume the last few days
It was never JPM, they can’t take prop positions, it would have be a client of theirs or many of them
