RE: re charter of AM16 Feb 2022 15:17
just a thought - doubtful but possible
possible that whilst bonds still owed, holders may have legal say entitlement to ok or fight AM extension. i do not know.
it may be legally simpler for HUR & BW to wait till bonds all paid (likely early april post end march offload) to sign deal
do not think matters much either way in which order - think more likely BW deal before bonds all paid. both now inevitable
the BIG question is - which will be bigger party day for us SHs (emotionally, not SP rise) - BW deal or bondholders gone?
for me, will be day (20 expletives) bondholders gone. that day i will spend £40 on bottle of 10 yr Laphroaig, £40 on 2 big Monte Cristos (huge spends for me), lie on the sofa, shed a few gentle tears and get well and truly peed. cathartic i hope - much of the angst, stress and worry of historical events to wash away with smile gone, and only the chief execs left to rid HUR of - a far easier task. i hope to wake up a new man
so apology now for crap i will write that day
