'Nil desperandum' - UK law allows a judge wide discretion. This will not be decided on a narrow legal technicality. A clear scam is attempted. It will require an incompetent and/or negligent and/or corrupt judge to rubber stamp. I believe it will fail. As for certain posters - a forum is meant to be a place of sanctuary, a place for quiet exchange of views, learning, crying, weeping, commiseration. Not a place for bullying, thuggery, egotism, ramping, no-hopism, however well disguised.

It's been a wonderful day. The rampers haven't managed to shut me and are about to explode with indignation. And and now 4 of them are ganging up on poor little senseman because 3 aren't enough. They can't force me to be controlled and answer their questions. Their latest wheeze is to portray me as having multiple posting aliases. By the way, I have never posted on a shares board in my life before 3-4 days ago, nor ever had an alias. I did tell them they needed a team meeting because they were failing so badly. And they sure have had one...lovely, lovely....))

Keep bringing your list of agencies to complain to the the top of the board 2 or 3 times a day. It has worked, and will continue to work. People vastly appreciate being given the information, and from it draw enough juice to write the required email. Regards

Paid rampers Mcadder, RNSTranslator & Silfte (ak Slackbladder, Radio Transmitter Lord Haw Haw & Slitty want to know why I won't explain to them why the current situation is a SCAM
My reasons are:
1. They already know why it is a SCAM
2. Others have already explained, eloquently & ad finitum, why it is a SCAM. Ergo, pointless my reinventing the wheel
3. The rampers tactic is to fire a question which requires a responder to waste long timespans answering. Should the
responder refuse, the rampers can then attack the responder. Do not fall into the rampers trap
My role (and others') is to let them show themselves to be deviant, paid miscreants. And to highlight their limited, shoddy tactics. Laughing at them works wonders, embarrasses, and limits their effectiveness. They cannot openly admit their quiet fury at being shown to be deviant fools. Wonderful
