Ask reception for both direct dial phone numbers for future ref before asking to be put through to one of them. When get through, give court date and Hurr name. Get court name and case number. Also ask for info re (a) how sign up for virtual attendance (b) how make written representation for Judge to consider. Post any information on board, give precise detail
