Carrying non from Abzzba's ref: to Gobi - Operations start in April May for Gobi and already paid for.

- Geo Chemical analysis s concluded migrated boil present, hence not a 'Wild cat' operation and changing the perspective from 'SPECULATION' to 'CONFIRMED PRESENCE' of Hydrocarbons

- Migrated oil means it's physically moved from a source rock into the reservoir sands at the Gobi location.

- Accuracy: "Modern geochemical workflows can distinguish between "background noise" and actual reservoir charge with up to 80% accuracy in typed fluid identification."

Re: 'What if no Farm Out? You're missing the point of investing. For me at least, it's about assessing an investment from a Risk v Reward perspective, encompassing the like;ihood of various outcomes and ability to see any outcome pursued over a length of time, consistent with my Investment timeframe.

The In ground asset value (heron alone, no Block 7, No Gobi, No Renewables) is around $150M-$200M with ZERO DEBT and 100% owned. I then look at the various info, current strategic supply issues, nationalaties of Farmee parties ie Indians & Chinese by best assessment - from all that, I'm extremely positive for an imminent Farm Out RNS

If no Farm Out, highly unlikely imo, the aforementioned factors still support significant, multiple upside within my investment timeframe.

I'm not an oil engineer Abzzba but it does seem high probability of commercial oil IMHO and only based on rersearch around the subject, without direct experience on site.

Re: Imminent Farm Out RNS, well pointed out Investor33 - "Re the farm out, for some reason the fact that " a proposal has been received " tends to get ignored. This from a party who " flew in " to do a field visit."

Also, the ref: in the Feb RNS - fFarm In discussions) "for Block XX are nearing completion and we are pushing to complete negotiations in short order."

And the 'successful' MRPAM meeting from the 5th March, which would have signed off the 2026 Works Program, covering the Farm Out activities.

Farm Out RNS when? Any day now & given the 'successful' March 5th MRPAM, which would have been needed to sign off the 2026 Works Program. We've had about 15 ish working days since, so a reasonable time inbetween to get all relevant paperwork completed & signed, is understandable.

I'd expect it at any time now, within the next 10 working days or so, imho & off that successful meeting

- Farm Out RNS will be company making & work towards the the above baseline target initially, with full field (Heron) development targeting an eventual 5,000-9,000bopd.

- Agreement Structure? I'm expecting a circa $20M deal (with an additional sum or ratcheted production share to cover past expenditure) for a 30% share IMHO

- GOBI - Potentially 150% larger than Heron, Hydrocarbons already detected with strong sediment structures for commercial flows - to. be confirmed by Well Testing in Apr-May

- Renewables - major developments for 2026 should start being reported on Ex Construction phase of 200MW Hybrid Project, with very powerful funding resources targeting the sector & active discussions with SunSteppe CEO Zula Lansdorj

."You'll note the 'successsful' MRPAM Block XX meeting of the 5th March, which would have covered the 2026 forward Works Program and necessary for the Farm Out conclusion, Mike Buck referred to in the Feb RNS.

That Farm Out partner for Block 7 will likely be a Chinese operator and following on from the highest level talks in late 2024 with the head of National oil company CNCP and others. There's a larger strategic element to developments butthat also involves India in the mix, hence the Refinery terms for Exploration/Production in Mongolia included

Within that timeline, we should not only have made significant headway on Block XX full field development (hopefully including GOBI) but also progress on the potential Multi-billion bbl Block 7, taking advantage of streamlined processes and with the Farm out process already having been initiated there.

Mongolian Oil legislation priopritises oil supply to the refinery first, which should be on line in late 2027 as the best estimate. Surplus can be utilised at company's discretion

I expect they'll not want to provide Net back figures on the current Oil price, as it's obviously hugely volatile & Buck likes to be conservative in his assessments. It's widely acknowledged that Oil Prices will remain elevated beyond the current conflict, due to production facilioties having been compromised, emergency reserves needing to built back up etc.

Until that elevated but more stable price is established, Net paybacks on shorter term price moves may be deemed to be misleading, by a conservative CEO. I expect we'll see a final oil price around $80bbl or thereabouts but who knows what further production infrastructure damage may occur in the interim.

I expect the 'continued support by partners' refers to Petro China, with the Farmee being the Indian party, who we know were involved in the Farm Out process, hence the need to 'fly in' for the earlier site assessment.

RNS about to be released if they've replied to those IR quieries IMHO. Just something I've noted before & fits in perfectly with the Farm Out announcement, off the successful MRPAM meeting earlier this month, to siogn off the 2026 Works Program.

Hamm and certain others may want to consider that they likely wouldn't refer specifically to the Farm Out, just before the RNS is due.

Agree, Farm Out RNS imminent and to reiterate the point made previously, the earlier MRPAM Meeting would have signed off the 2026 Works Program, which would have been requisite for the Farm Out conclusion - as the Company stated, a 'Successful' Meeting.

Welcoming the developments & info re: RENEWABLES. I've always stated that the JV, effectively a 'company withiin a company' for us, woul;d potentially overshadow even the Oil side of the business. Let's see how it transpires but the USD Billions entering the Mongolia Sector from huge global players and Zula Lansdorj as the Special Govt Advisor / Central player in the discussions, should perhaps give an indicator to whats developing here.

Bear in mind, we're beingn linked to major entities like China's national utility company SPIC, Multi-billion dollar ACWA Power, EU cap[iotal development funds, UAE/Bahrain, Kuwait Sovereign Wealth Funds & Investment entities etc. - They're (much) more clued iup than most BB commentators ;)

All are very pro-busioness but the Frontrunner is Nyam-Osoryn Uchral, who has a business background and is very pro Business / Foreign Investment. He was instrumental in introducing the New Recovery Policy 2021, which looks to increase the speed & efficiency of Investment Projects, within a streamlined lega process for parties.
