Why is this falling today, a day before ex-div?

I am relatively new to the renewables sector and I only started looking into it with interest in the last year or so. I have noticed the three which I have been tracking, UKW, ORIT and NESF all seem to be falling in price over the last five years, with no sign of recovery. The big Orange guy promoting OIL seems to have truly finished this sector off and then on top of tha there is noise around how much the government is paying to stop renewable generators generating electricity, and then there was the RPI/CPI switch.

What is the likelihood that this sector ever reverses the negative trend? Does discount at NAV really mean anything if the share price keeps falling?

I randomly picked this stock last week together with a couple of other shares but why the sudden jump today? Should I sell?
