So many who post on here sell as soon as there's good news, pinching the profit of those who buy on good news. There are too many traders pretending to be investors, and too many PI's and not enough II's.

Icemanzag has every right to use the 0.84p as a maximum price, if it is the broker's target price. A lot of work goes into calculating their figures, and they'll know a great deal more than the rest of us. Of course it doesn't mean they're right, but equally there's nothing wrong with using their figure for guidance.
When David Bramhill said about '2, 3, 4p', there were considerably fewer shares than there are now. I'm sure he had got in mind what the market cap could be, and therefore what the share price could be based on the number of shares at the time. Just my opinion. DYOR

Seriously though, you seem to have agreed with my timings, so mid January at the earliest for completion of drill of B-1 and testing of B-1 and A-2.

Mixster, David Bramhill said two to three weeks before the geotechnical rig arrives. Those works, he said, will take two, two and a half weeks. The drilling rig can then arrive, and the drill will take around 7 weeks. He said that following drilling, the EWT of B-1 will be able to start after about 4 weeks, and it should take around 4 to 8 weeks. If they move straight on to EWT WNA-2, that's another 4 to 8 weeks. I make that a minimum of 23 weeks, which takes us to the middle of January. Of course hopefully we should get an idea of what they've found at WNB-1 around the end of October, and an idea of what flows hopefully mid December.
I assume they'll then put a revised CPR together if they intend to sell, or consider exploration of Ellerby and Spring Hill so they can put together an FDP.

So just to clarify mixster, are confirming there will be no drill in Spring Hill or Ellerby, and once WNB-1 is drilled and tested, and WNA-2 is tested, there will be no further work to prove up the licence area?

So gkb47, if WNB-1 is a success, and the WNA-2 EWT is also a success, you don't think the JV partners should bother to raise in order to see what they've got at Ellerby or Spring Hill, they should just say, 'We're not raising more funds to prove up the licence because gkb won't like it, we'll just sell the lot and let someone else make the most of proving up the licence - they can have the cream?

Hasn't he made a balls-up with one of his investments and nearly been wiped out? Such a shame.

Morning GP. I found it interesting that Graham Bull referred to oil staining in core samples taken from the Cadeby at WNA-1, and WNA-2 subsequently encountered what was described as hydrocarbon shows with an oil saturated core also in the Cadeby.
Clearly there's a lot of oil in the Cadeby (as well as Kirkham Abbey). If it flows it would appear to be massive for those invested. What do you reckon?
