The fact is the WNB-1 drill, and WNB-1 and WNA-2 EWTs will not prove up the licence, hopingforbags. It would hardly be proving up West Newton, as WNC & WND would need to be drilled and tested. So what value would UJO's share (16.665%) be able to achieve after the WNB-1 drill and no other proving up works? I expect DB would be over the moon with £40m.

RBD have a 40% indirect interest in West Newton, and a 16.665% direct interest, so over 56% in total. UJO have a 16.665% direct interest, so 16.665% in total. So which shareholders do you think will benefit more from the 'West Newton windfall', RBD or UJO?
